Logistics & Order Info
Built for efficient bulk shipping and predictable lead times. Every order is packed to export-grade standards, optimized for container loading, and ready to move from our facility to your warehouse with full documentation support.
At 9x9 inches, this clamshell fits a full meal or a small family-size takeaway portion, the largest single-compartment option in the range. It suits heavier meals or slightly larger orders than the standard main-course size.
An order placed through a delivery aggregator goes through a bag, a bike or scooter, and however many turns stand between the kitchen and the customer's door, all without anyone from the restaurant there to check it along the way.
Hinged clamshells stay sealed through that entire ride, which is why aggregators favour them for packaged delivery orders. This fits any kitchen fulfilling orders through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Deliveroo, where the packaging is the only thing protecting the meal after it leaves the kitchen.
A delivery-only kitchen runs entirely on packaging that can stack, seal and travel without a front-of-house team to catch a container that starts to fail.
Clamshells are stackable and leak-resistant with the lid built in, so there is nothing extra to fit or forget during a busy shift. This suits kitchens standardising their whole packaging line around one reliable format.
A bulk office lunch order needs every meal individually packed and easy to hand out, ideally without a server assembling each box by hand while a queue builds up.
Clamshells give that bulk order individually packed, easy-to-distribute meals in one step. This fits corporate catering handling large headcounts where speed of distribution matters as much as how the food is presented.
An event caterer offering a takeaway portion for guests at the end of the night needs a complete, sealed meal that survives the drive home, not just the walk to the car.
A clamshell handles that job well, sealing a full portion into one container guests can carry without a second bag. This suits caterers adding a takeaway option onto an existing sit-down or buffet service.
A dine-in restaurant running a takeaway counter alongside its regular service needs a standard packed-meal container that staff can reach for without thinking twice.
Clamshells work as that standard container across most menu items, simplifying stock for the kitchen. This fits restaurants adding takeaway as a secondary revenue stream rather than building an entirely separate operation around it.
A subscription meal or meal-prep delivery service, a large and established category across the US, UK and Australia, has to survive a multi-stop delivery round, not just a single trip from kitchen to door.
A sealed, stackable clamshell holds up to that longer, multi-stop journey. This fits subscription brands where the box needs to arrive intact regardless of how many other stops the delivery van makes first.

The proof is in the reorders, here’s what procurement teams say about working with us.
We source almost all our cup packaging from Vanta Exim: single wall cups, ripple cups, custom-printed double wall cups, bagasse lids and branded cup holders. Our logo prints sharp and the colours match from one order to the next, and the bagasse lids fit our cups properly, which hasn’t always been true with other suppliers. Having one partner for the whole range has made reordering much simpler for our stores.”
We’ve placed repeat orders with Vanta Exim for mixed containers of bagasse tableware, paper bowls and paper trays. Being able to combine different products in one container keeps our inventory lean, and every shipment has arrived well packed and matching what we approved. Re-ordering is easy because they already know our specs.”
We import wholesale from India and supply local vendors across the UK, as well as selling on Amazon, so consistency matters to us. Vanta Exim’s paper and bagasse products arrive exactly as specified, with packing and cartons that hold up to UK retail and Amazon requirements. Their export documentation is always in order, which keeps clearance quick and our stock moving.”
